Oh they are Lyndsay! Def do try and then let me know how you like it. I would never had thought to put beets in it, but my husband had some from our Organic Veg Box delivery and he was trying to be creative with what to do with beet root. xx

You can always make an excuse for Pancakes for dinner. 😉 Yes, the Zucchini ones are great and a huge hit in my house. Especially if you like Zucchini nut bread. xx

Aww, yeah to be fair I’ve made some ‘interesting’ attempts. Last month for my son’s birthday I was trying to make pancakes where you squeeze the batter out of a bottle to make a lacy doily affect. However the bottle I was using pretty had no consistency in how much batter it squeezed out. Eeek! Thank you for following! xx
