I have always struggled with my identity and where my home is. My parents are Italian and German, but I grew up American in the USA. We moved non-stop and then finally settled in Charlotte, NC for 12 years. I then started moving around like crazy yet again for the next decade. Surprisingly, I’m not back in Charlotte trying to put down roots. It still doesn’t feel like home though!
