We call it Remembrance Day in Australia - like most Commonwealth countries, I think, although the UK calls it Armistice Day, right? - and while it isn&#039;t a public holiday, 2 minutes of silence occur at 11am, and many services happen throughout the day. And there is always, of course, this verse of a poem that makes me cry without fail:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:&lt;br /&gt;Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.&lt;br /&gt;At the going down of the sun and in the morning,&lt;br /&gt;We will remember them.]]></description>
