It can really make a difference in someone’s life :). I too was bullied in the past and for a long time it changed who I really am. I tried to blend in and be unnoticed all through high school until I finally realised they don’t control me nor define me, I do.

Later on through meditation I was able to let go even more and now I just am. I’m me and it’s OK to not live up to society’s expectations and things “you have to do or be in life”.

We are all wonderful, beautiful and fantastic in our own way. Embrace yourself and live your life the way you want to, only you can control that.
