All stuff I do!! I can’t leave Canada at the moment, owing to visa stuff, so I am feeding my wanderlust with various ‘Rough Guide’ books about Canada, planning day trips and a week or two travelling Ontario – bliss!

I like the idea of watching travel shows- we watched some Rick Steve’s shows before our last trip to Europe and it was totally fed our wanderlust and made our trip so much more fun to actually be the same places we saw on tv.

Great tips, Bonnie! I think it’s so important to feed wanderlust, even if you can’t travel right at the moment. I’m fortunate enough to do a whole lot of travel at the moment, but that wasn’t always the case and probably won’t be in the future either, so in those times, I spent a lot, a lot of time just dreaming about travel. I read tons of blogs and just let myself be inspired by the world – there were times when I was envious of people that got to travel around so much, but most of the time it just inspired me to make the most of my life at home as well! Great list!

These are all good ideas. We also do the travel shows and planning/talking about trips/places. We were taking French lessons for a while but currently not doing any language lessons.
