Ryan called today and I got to talk to him for a little bit. He told me didn’t pass the PRT and I started crying silenty as he talked. I just miss Ryan so much and I cannot wait to just be out in Monterey and finally be living in our own home after (what will be) six months of being a guest in three other people’s homes. Apparently right before the eval they were told to do a whole bunch of pushups and because of that, Ryan was short 5 pushups during the eval. He said one of his buddies was short by one. He said today was supposed to be their retake, but they hadn’t heard anything about it yet. So tommrow should be the retake of the PRT. He sounded really confident about passing. Why shouldn’t he? He passed the pushups the first time he took the PRT. He said he will be able to call tommrow if he passes because he gets base liberty and that it will be his last time to call before they leave for warrior week. He sounded really good on the phone and he just kept telling me how much he misses Ronan and I. He really likes the TIs now and is so excited about going to tech school for linguistics. He also found out from a fellow linguist, who is graduating this week and is off to Monterey, that his wife is moving out there now (compared to the info about waiting 30 days). Which means I can move out there a month earlier and move into our base housing. Ryan can see us and come over, though he will have to live in the dorms for the first 30 days and be back in by curfew. I am very excited about coming out now. My mum is going to go to Columbia to see my dad, so Ronan and I will be traveling alone. I’m a little bummed. I hope Ryan calls tommrow! I know you will do great on you eval! I love you baby!
