We walked around and voted for the yard of the month in our neighbourhood.

Ronan is one cool dude.

We went to the animal shelter and found Sasha, a dog we found online. She is a ten year old siberian husky.

Afterwards we went into a visiting room to get to know her better. Ronan loved watching Sasha.

Ronan was up ten minutes before Daddy’s alarm went off this morning. Once again he was as cute as a bug. He had his bottle and went to back to sleep before Daddy even left for work. He did a lot of solo playing today as I worked on laundry. Ronan’s grandparents are coming today and we needed to get things done. We had a little scare this afternoon though. For five minutes he kept gagging off and on. I wasn’t sure what it was he had eaten or if he was choking. Whenever he would make that face or tear up, I would but him on his tummy, elevate his legs, and pat his back. I looked in his mouth but I didn’t see anything. Finally he coughed up a hard yellowly plastic substance. I don’t know where he found it or when he ate it. But it was finally out of his system. Poor baby! We need to be much more careful!

We left at 1420 to pick them up at the bus station. We parked in the parking garage and strolled over to the fitness center. Ronan and I signed up for baby swim lessons. Ronan is very excited about swimming again. We walked over to the bus stop and met Bob and Sue. Ronan wasn’t sure what all the fuss was about and had the sun in his eyes. We walked back to the car and drove home. Ronan was all set to show off once we got back in the house. He practiced walking across the room (with help of course!) and played with his toys. He got a little hungry so I made him a bottle. He took a little longer than usual to finish his bottle. There was just so much going on and it was hard for him to concentrate on eating. When he was done he played some more. He loved showing his Grandpa and Grandma (and surprised his mummy by doing this!) how he could roll. This is the most I have seen him roll thus far. He would roll several times one way. Just days ago I was lucky to even catch him rolling over on his back or tummy. He is definitely on a roll now!

We went out for dinner at a german resturant we enjoy in town. Ronan ate half of my bratwurst, a several bites of my mash potatoes, some saurkraut and cabbage. He also had some bread and a sip of my sparkling apple juice. The later was definitly not something he liked. He thought the egg white that daddy shared with his was good but definitly new, strange, and interesting. Ronan was very tired after a full day of excitement. He went to sleep very easily.
