Lets be Stinky today.

Grandpa, Nonna, and grandson Ronan pose outside after a wonderful morning service at Crossroads Christian Church!

Yesterday was Sept 11, so I didn’t post any pictures of Ronan. Ryan took this photo with his phone after church yesterday. Ronan wore his cool baby gap shirt (that finally fits him, and luckily isn’t too small yet!) and his new brown robeez. Of course he spiked his hair into a mowhawk for the event too! We all had a really good time at morning service. Ronan had an extrodinarly good time. He made it through out the whole service with out having to go to the nursury. I know it is because he enjoyed every second he could spend with his grandparents. He loves them very much. Since their trip was so short, he wanted to make sure they had the best time! He showed them how he loves to sing at church and he showed them the really awesome ceiling fans! He introduced his grandparents to all his friends at church. He didn’t get to show Nonna the nursury, but will be sure to do that next time they come! We went out for soup afterwards and Ronan shared the chicken from Grandpa’s salad and Nonna’s bread. Yum Yum! He came home to take a much needed nap. Before Grandpa and Nonna left, Ronan got up and gave them both a big hug, lots of kisses, and waved them goodbye.

This morning has been draining. Ronan and I left to meet the other mummies for our walk. We only made it halfway with them, until Ronan was crying as hard as he could. So I decided to walk back by myself. It was the longest walk back with a crying baby. I tried pushing the stroller and holding him in one arm. That way he wouldn’t cry because I was holding him. I had to keep switching arms because he is so heavy. Finally it didn’t matter if he was in the stroller or in my arms…he was going to cry. We finally made it home and I tried feeding him. Then I stuck him in the C.C. to play so I could quickly swallow down some breakfast. He was making some really funny faces in his C.C. and I realized he was trying to poop. His poop isn’t runny like before, now its always really thick and very, very, very smelly! Maybe that was why he was upset? He went down at 1000 for his first nap since Daddy brought him in our room to bed fed. It didn’t last long and the rest of the day was spent taking care of a very needy baby. If I tried to do anything that didn’t involve being right next to him, he let me know about it. I was going out tonight, so I made two bottles. One went in the fridge and the other I gave to Ronan while I washed my hair. Ryan comes home and Ronan is suddenly a very happy baby. No fair. He is singing and cooing and laughing with his daddy while I’m changing my shirt (again) because Ronan has spit up on me after his bottle. Thanks sweetie.

Yay for visits with Grandparents.. they are just always too short. :(

Boo for spit-up.. Faith never was a spit-up baby – she just was a projectile vomit baby. :)
