TEETH

“What sharp teeth you have Ronan.”
“The better to bite you with Mummy.”

Ouch! Ronan’s teeth are sharp! I love playing with the little guy, but he can be a monster! I’m not sure if he is going to kiss my cheek or try to bite! Its not like hes actually a little monster or being mean. He just doesn’t realize what those sharp things in his mouth can do. He’s being cute…but owww! Lucky he hasn’t bitten the dogs. Though the dogs and their messes is another story all together.

Today Ronan took two long naps and had a lot of milk to drink. I wonder if he is growing? There has been a whole mess up and confusion with his upcoming (or missed?) doctor’s appointment too. I chose the clinic on base from the health insurance sheet and my health insurance chose the doctor. Though I called and scheduled an appointment weeks and weeks ago, I had lost the paper where I wrote the appointment down. All I have is the doctor’s name from the paper, Tricare sent me, and the fact that I know his 9 mo. check up is coming up. So I called Tricare on friday past and asked for a number. They gave me one and I used that to call today. But the guy I talked to told me they don’t see dependants. So I call Tricare back and they tell me they don’t have a number for the doctor. I try calling the clinic again with the number I was originally given and now my cell phone keeps cutting out (reception isn’t great out here where we live). I was stuck, at a loss, stressed, and on the verge of tears from frustration. I left a stressed out phone message on Ryan’s cell. Which really was no benefit to me because by the time he gets off work and can check his messages, the clinic will be closed. I was hoping I would have gotten a reminder phone call for Ronan’s appointment, but now I’m believing that is wishful thinking.
