Ronan loves to splash and doesn’t mind getting water on his face. Soon he will get to try out the baby buoy at the pool. We just have to make sure we go before or after the hot sun is out, so that Ronan does not get burned or too hot. Here is the little stinker with water on his face and the water splashing all about. (side note: i’m sure you notice the rubber duckie says hot on his bottom. Unless he is in frigid water, he seems to always say that. We decided to not trust his judgement on water temp, but let him in to play with Ronan instead.)

First look at Bonnie’s nose…

Now, look at Ronan’s nose….look familiar? 

Last night Ronan wore his yellow hooded towel with the duckie on it for the first time! Doesn’t he look like a little boxer?  

Here is a picture I took when Ronan and I were on our walk yesterday night. If you look in the center, you will see the wild baby bunny that we spotted! He was soo cute! He ran under the cacti for safety when he saw us! 

Yesterday when Ronan was playing on his ocean playmat, he learned how to grab the hanging toys with his hands and fingers. He also spun the ball, that makes music play, a couple of times. It was so neat to watch!

Then last night we had another gab session. It is so much fun! He looks right into my eyes and starts talking in baby speech. I talk back with him and we just go back and forth, like in a real conversation. I really do hear him say, “I love you!”.

And then last night as he was getting upset becaue he was very hungry, Ryan brought him over to me. I was on the bed and he was holding him around the chest. Ronan walked, or actually it looked like running, all the way across the bed to me! It was so cute!

I was looking at this picture, and it occured to me that Ronan really is a cute little guy. Hey, he can look good even with drool hanging off his chubby chin!
