I was trying to see how much Ronan actually drinks every day, since his 9 mo. checkup is tommrow. Well this morning he had 8 ounces when he woke up. He had another 6 ounces later at church. When he came home he had 6 ounces followed by another 6 ounces. Wait a minute. 6+6=12! He just ate 12 ounces! I have never seen him eat that much before! He must be growing. Ronan just woke up from another nap, so I will give him another 6 ounces for dinner. So for now the total is 32 ounces. How much is a 9 month old supposed to have daily?

Before this photo was taken, I had helped Ronan get in the golumn pose. This is where he is on all fours with his butt in the air. He had never been in that pose before. I was so excited, because if he could do that, he could crawl! I tried to get him in that pose again, and either he wouldn’t let me or wouldn’t do it. Oh well.

Ronan got to spend around 5 months of his 9 months of life with Baci. He died today and we will all miss him very much!

My doggie baci was put to sleep today at age 12. He had gotten cancer and had a huge tennis ball size one on his arm. Thanks to drugs, he was not in pain. We got my dog as a puppy from our next door neighbours in Italy when we lived there the first time in Parco Mazzola. AFter getting and recovering from PV he knew we were his family and loved us very much. Being in a military family he lived in three different countries, two continents, and in 6 houses. He loved eating pizza in Italy, going swimming with the ducks in Germany, and going for hikes with my dad in mountains in Arizona. He could sit, skake, and speak “What do the good doggies say baci?”. I will miss him very much. He was the best boxer a girl could have!

We spent a very relaxing day at home for most of the morning and afternoon. We had a very early dinner at Red Lobster, for All-You-Can-Eat-Shrimp. Though Ronan couldn’t eat the shrimp, he enjoyed the rolls! We was very well behaved and had a good time playing with his kiddie menu. We stopped off at a costume supply store and helped Daddy find his pirate costume. There were a lot of neat things to look at in the store. Ronan had a lot of fun!
