Mummy and Ronan are excited about going swimming!

Ronan loved watching the other kids in the pool, he was so excited. “Are we going to get into the pool?”

Ronan and I went to his nine month check up today with his new pediatrician on base. He was amazing at his appointment. When Ronan was born he weighed 8lbs and 6.5 oz. , with a height of 21 inches. He now weighs 21 lbs and is 27 inches tall. He had to have the blood test twice because the first time the result showed up low. After the same result was achieved the second time, the doctor had to recheck Ronan. He told me Ronan isn’t getting enough iron and to work hard at it this next month. We made follow up appointment for another blood test in a month. He also has an appointment after he turns one for his next immunization. He also had a little yeast infection which I got cream to use. We stayed on base and picked up daddy after his pc was over. It was kinda hard to find him because all the air force men and women were out there in their matching pc uniform.

There is so good news. Last night Ronan started crawling. I almost missed it, but Ryan saw it and called me in. He is doing a low-comando-type crawl. It is very cute! When I took Ronan with me to my mayoral duty tonight, he did some more crawling. Vicky and I put a fruit puff underneath a top half of a plastic egg shell. We showed Ronan and let him crawl to it. He sorta crawled sideways and forwards which was really funny to watch. He got his dinner there and when we got home was ready for bed.
