Several of the pages on the Aherin.com site have been undergoing some drastic changes. Check out Ryan and Bonnie’s new pages for a little taste of change. I am also updating Ronan’s page as he is growing up faster than we can blink! Just wanted to give you a heads up, in case you haven’t been to the site in a while. I’m most proud of the page for Ryan and just sorta adapted it to make mine. But he has a much cooler page! I miss Ryan!

So I put on these little boy pjs and didn’t think they would fit him. They say 25 lbs. On the tag and I know Ronan is closer to 16 lbs. But look…Doesn’t look like there is much room to grow in these! Maybe they over estimated… Anyhow, I love these on Ronan! They are sort of like thermal pjs, the way they fit on him. But with the blue colour and all the cars on it, it really screams BOY! He just looks so cute and I wish he could wear these every day! I wouldn’t take him out of the house in them because they are clearly pjs (and in this hot Arizona heat I would be crazy to do so), but boy he could wear them in the house everyday! He looks so comfy and cute and you just want to hug him all the time!

I took Ronan outside to take a photo of him. It was kind a bright, so this is the only one where he is looking at the camera and not squinting. When the new camera comes in I’ll have to try it again. The flowers in person are much brighter pink (not a dull purple as seen here). Actually they are so bright pink that you almost don’t want to look at them too long or you’ll get a headache. They are absolutely gorgeous! Ronan looks cute chillin in this photo though!

Ronan loves sitting in his little boat/car thing. Its so much fun he says! Well he’d say that if he could form words. The look on his face though, says it all!

We went to the opening of the new BX on base and it is huge! It went from being a small tight BX to a Target size store. It was neat because when you walk in you walk through a huge red star and on red carpet. Pretty nice grand opening, huh? First we had lunch at Popeyes. Their food was fantastic and did not look or taste like fast food if you can believe it. Then we went in and browsed an shopped for quite a while. Ronan got a cute outfit for San Antonio, I got Nonna an early birthday present, we chatted with the Vita-Mix rep (Mum and I both have one, but it was fun to talk with him and get advice on recipes), and did some furniture browsing. I think I found the table I want to get for our new place. It is taller than usual models so it will be good for Ryan’s long legs. It’s black and has this New Yorker type feel. So I’ll keep an eye on it. Then Ronan was ready to go. He fell fast asleep on Nonna’s shoulder and looked sooo cute! Time to go home little buddy!

So now I have to ask myself. Should I buy the cherry crib you see in the background? It is a 3 in 1 bed like I wanted and in a really nice dark shade. Or should I be the cool mum that I am and buy Ronan the awesome red fire truck bed? Hmm……Decisions, decisions.

After taking a long nap this evening, I let Ronan play with Nonna so I could get his bath ready for tonight. I love this outfit on Ronan…so patriotic and so cute!
