Cookie Class at Coffee @ Camden

Coffee @ Camden, Bath

Last month we surprised my sons with a special Saturday activity, a children’s cookie class at Coffee @ Camden in Bath.  You might remember my blog post from Coffee @ Camden on my day date there last year.  The owner, Sara, specializes in amazing and delicious cupcakes which are perfect for birthdays, weddings, holidays, or those ‘just because’ moments. While we were not having cupcakes on this day, my sweet tooth was not disappointed.  For someone that has heard in the past that fondant is pretty but not very tasty, I was proved wrong. Not only were the short bread biscuits mouth watering, but the colourful fondant enhanced the cookies taste. Plus my boys both had so much fun in this cookie decorating class for Valentines Day. Even I had a chance to get in on the decorating action.

Sara at Coffee @ Camden provided many decorating tools that were easy for those with little hands to use.  Ronan and Maddox who love being creative with hands on activities found the children’s cookie class really fun.  So much so they have since been asking when they can attend another one.  Here are some of my favourite photographs from the day.

Oh me too. I keep seeing the cooking classes people have been taking in Thailand and Cambodia and I want to now travel somewhere and make sure to include a cooking class. Any neat ones where you live?

HOW would you resist eating all those cookies? haha. this looks like lots of fun!

    • Bonnie Rose

Haha…right! Luckily it was geared towards all the small children so I would have felt bad to steal one from those precious little ones. They were very tasty!

  • Louisa @ My Family & Abruzzo

Alfie would love something like this! x

    • Bonnie Rose

Oh I bet! There was mostly little girls, so I was glad my boys had fun too. For the record Ronan made Mario/Nintendo themed cookies. :)
Oh I’ve been meaning to ask has Alfie seen Ender Game?

      • Louisa @ My Family & Abruzzo

Not yet, but he saw the trailer and said he wanted to watch it! Have you seen it?

        • Bonnie Rose

Oh yes! Now I havent read the book yet and I’m usually and advocate for book first, film second. However now we have to read it. It was so good. Plus Harrison Ford is in it and I thought what he brought to his character made the movie that much better. My whole family really enjoyed it. I honestly could forsee rewatching this film over and over and over. Looks like they will have another film too by the way the film ended. Let me know what you guys think! I grew up loving Harrison Ford because my dad loved Star Wars and Indiana Jones. Since my dad was in the military watching the film I really loved it because I knew he would have loved to see that film with my boys if he was still alive. Anyways not to write too much about a film, but tell me if Alfie likes it! x

We’ll have to watch it now! I grew up with Indy and Star Wars. Alfie is beyond excited about the new film coming out December 2015! I will have to write a post on Star Wars at some point or Alfie will tell me off. : ) x

How to restore a broken relationship and marriage?

My name is Naomi Mola, and i live in New York. My Ex-Husband dumped me two weeks ago after I accused him of seeing someone else and insulting him. I want him back in my life but he refuse to have any contact with me. I was so confuse and don’t know what to do, so I reach to the internet for help and I saw a testimony of how a spell caster help people to get their ex back so I contact the spell caster and explain my problem to him and he cast a spell for me and assure me of 48hours that my ex will return to me and to my greatest surprise the third day my ex came knocking on my door and beg for forgiveness. I am so happy that my love is back again and not only that, we are about to get married. Once again thank you Dr Brave, You are truly talented and gifted. Email: is the only answer.
