Vow Renewal: Ceremony & Video

Vow Renewal

We are at our final day of Love Week and to the most awaited post of this series: The Ceremony.  As well as including photographs from our photographer, Miriam Pinkston, I have included our wedding video. This is a special project I made especially for my husband today for Valentines Day.

We did not go to Wales with all the details set in stone about our Vow Renewal. I like to ‘go with the flow’ and did not want to be too stressed out about the little details. The morning of we had planned to renew our vows at a nearby castle, before going to Portmeirion for photographs.  However we had not planned that there would be a long hike from the cark park to the castle’s entrance and with my photographer being 8 months pregnant we knew this was not very pratical. It ended up working even better because I loved the location we chose at Portmeirion.  The backdrop colour of pink was my exact shade for our colours and we had just enough shade in the warm midday sun.

Afterwards we took a scenic tour of Portmeirion which included a train ride and a stop for ice cream.  I love this coastal resort and recommend you check it out when next in Wales. Until then check out our 10th Anniversary Vow Renewal video!

You looked just GORGEOUS! Like in a fairytale 😀 I will try to do a bouquet like yours for my wedding but I have 2 left hands so I am sorry that it will not be the same 😛

Aww thank you Anda! Oh silly girl, it can be quite easy and I’m sure you will do amazing! The spiral ones are the easiest. Though the ones with individual petals, definitely are more challenging. At one point I had glue all over my fingers and everything was sticking to them. :)

I promise that if I will make it I shall design a whole post up to it 😀 I have to try! 😀
